Our restaurant aims to charm you with the forgotten delights of North Germany’s regional cuisine. Varieties of fruit and vegetable that have disappeared from the market and historic breeds of domestic animal are being revived here, and find their way back onto the plate. The Hotel Altes Land has a certificate of authenticity as a regional “Genusshandwerker” or provider of artisan heritage cuisine.
